OH MY GOSH I AM SOOOOO JELLY OF DALLIN AND DAD!!!!!!! I want to go! (Skydiving that is) Ha ha that would be so fun! I guess Dallin will go to Las Vegas. Sister miller says California Carlsbad mission Spanish speaking. The relief society thing I will see on Saturday and the sessions are all messed up here I don´t know when I will see the Sunday afternoon session! I hope sometime. Oh I am doing good at speaking German we speak outside only German and that has really helped and I think it is fun but it also gives us headaches haha. For German food I would say rotkhol which is cooked red cabbage or brats or schnitzel can´t spell that or for sweets I would say the mandlin hornchen or some of there yummy bread. Anyways on to the week

Tuesday was a wonderful day! So we started of by meeting up this this girl in our ward named Tabea and she is AWESOME!!!! I would totally be her best friend if I lived here, anyways we met up with her and we went to heart attack Vanessa´s door because it was her birthday. SO we get there and we are about to put the first heart on the door and she walks around the corner we act fast and we hide everything and when she gets there, there is no evidence hehe. We sing happy birthday to her and we give her a lesson and then when we left we didn´t really leave but we heart attacked her door. Later we got a text saying THANKS SISTERS! I love Vanessa. After that we went with Elder and Sister Clement to the Lugo´s because it was Sister Lugo´s birthday as well and Sister Clement had made a cake for her and when we went she was soooooo happy and then cut us some of the cake for us to eat and she gave me a huge piece!!!!! I could barley finish it! After that we went to the Church to meet with hopeful new investigator. She turned out to be really cool but I think she will be pretty slow moving in progress her name is Angle and she is from South Carolina cool huh. After that we went back to the Lugo´s to heart attack her door but they totally caught us...we weren´t ninja enough :( But it was good because it made her feel loved and they invited us over for dinner later that week
Wednesday morning I was feeling a little down while running I don´t really know why but even in that short period of time Sister Miller could tell because when I got out of the shower she had made french toast and eggs for me! I have been blessed to have the best companions ever!!! Later in the day we went to Nadines and we helped her translate part of her testimony and that was pretty cool it is always fun to help people. Then after that we went to heart attack this young women´s door and on the way yes we got lost woot! But while we were lost we found this animal shelter and that was an answer to my prayers because as a mission we have a goal to do a lot more service and so we went in and asked if we could do some there and they said sure so we will probably go there once a week now :) So after that adventure we did the door and this time we were ninja and no one saw us :)

Thursday we woke up and went to do our usual run in the morning when were  about to go out of our living area I noticed there was this huge gate up and good thing I did because Sister Miller sure didn´t and totally would have run into it if I didn´t say something....so that was odd we were trapped in our living place but we were like maybe it is God´s way of keeping us safe maybe something would have happened if we went running that morning.

Anyways after that we had district meeting and that was good as always and right after that we had lunch with the Warnckes and they are soooo awesome there are so loving and the cutest older couple ever basically the only bad thing is that for dessert they gave us kinder eggs and oh my gosh idk if I will be able to eat one of those things again I have eaten sooo many! After that we went home and did some goal setting then it was time to go to the Lugo´s for dinner....so much food today! But it was super fun haha I love the Lugos they are really nice. So that night we got home a little later than normal but not breaking rules but when we were going to enter our living area guess what the gate was up! So in other words we had to jump another gate that wasn´t as high in skirts haha fun after that we found out the lock on the big gate is fake and we could open it up....that would have been nice to know haha but it was an adventure none the less haha

Friday was sooo fun we first did our weekly planning not that fun but after that we met with MARLI and she is AWESOME she basically told us she smokes but she wants to quit and that she drinks but she thinks it is unlady like and also would like to stop doing that then she said she wants nothing from the church besides to be happy and to have her spirit lifted. She doesn´t want any money or anything like that. We set up another appointment with her I am very excited. After that we went to meet up with Tabea again and we went with her to drop by on this girl that is 17ish and is pretty cool so got to her house and it is like in the hills it was soo pretty! She was home and her and her mom were super nice but I don´t know if they are ready right now but Tabea hit it off with them so they have contact with the church so that is great! After that we went to Tabea´s home and had dinner with her and her parents and it was so fun after we helped them peel apples and make marmalade! And they let us take some home and it is yummy!

Saturday we had a coordination meeting with the elders and then met up with Tabea again and talked about setting up a FB page for the YSA group there and that took forever! So after that we just went home and started cooking stuff for the baptism tomorrow ( the Elder´s investigator)
Sunday was great church went smoothly Tabea spoke in sacrament which was fun and after we had the baptism and we were in charge of the food so we didn't actually get to see the baptism which was sad but everyone said it was great. Afterwards we had the food and like10 people came up to me and told me the cinnamon rolls were amazing! Bring cinnamon rolls to GERMANY YAY! After church we went to see this lady that is in a care center and she was really cool and Sister Miller told her we would bring cinnamon rolls to her on Monday so that meant I had to go home and make more .....good thing I like cooking haha

That was this week it was a great one I feel like I can see Heavenly Father´s hand in my life more now and it is cool being able to recognize it. Love you all

You didn´t tell me about Hailey Marie (her cousin had a baby) so that is nice to know and I will pray for her. Sounds like you had a pretty good week your wreath looks cool! (Kayla has gotten me into a crafty mood) HEHE MISSIONARY WORK! (I told her that our ward conference was about missionary work) I am glad our ward is being good with missionary work!  Oh yes I totally want in on the guessing you know there are subways here there is one pretty close to where I live :) (For Dallin's mission call) I told Sister Stoker to look out for Casmin but I will tell her again , I told her to use her for joint teaches haha. Also I need family stories I don´t even know how dad proposed! oh and the molasses cookie recipe if you have time. OK now on to the week
So this week was a little crazy but it was also fun :)
Tuesday we met with Nadine again the lady that got baptized about a month and a half ago. She is going strong we read in the Book of Mormon with her in English because she is trying to learn English. The only thing she needs right now is a calling and for her visiting teachers to teach her the new member lessons then she will be set :) After Nadine we met with Herr Kessler who is our landlord and investigator. We could only meet for a short amount of time but he bought us pfeffermint tea and it was fresh so it looked really cool and we talked with him about family History and he really liked that he seems super nice now I just need him to give us a mailbox ha ha. After Herr Kessler we were going to meet with the family Whittaker and to get there it is about a 30 min train ride so we get all the way there and they aren´t home. So we have the choice to rush and try to catch a train that was leaving ion 10 mins or to stick around and hope they came home soon. We chose the 2nd so we walked around and talked to some people and both were like no interest or the Book of Mormon is a horrible book. So after that I was sad and to try to cheer us up we went into this Bäckerei because food fixes everything haha. So we get in the Bäckerei and the lady comes to the front sees our badges and asks if we are from the church and we say yes and long story short she has read a book from Gordon B Hinckley and wants to learn about our religion! And it is a family and she gave us a free cookie :) God really does love us haha he knew I was sad and to cheer me up  he gave me that wonderful experience :) After that the Whittakers called and they were home so we went over there and had a good talk with her. She is a wonderful member and so helpful.
Wednesday we had to get up get ready and then go on a split because Sister Miller had to go to a meeting in Offenbach. So I got to be with Sister Nufer which was fun because she was in the MTC with me :) This day was strange so we first tried to go by on this investigator and she wasn´t home and then we tried to go by this less active and we didn´t really know where she lived but we thought we go it figured out but we didn´t we ended up getting on a train and when we got off it was still a 2 hour walk haha so we didn´t have time for that. So we headed back to the bahnhof (train station) and while we were buying tickets this guy came up to us and asked if we spoke English and we said ummmYES haha he was trying to get to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and I knew exactly how to do that but this other guy kept speaking German to them and the guy was like can you tell me what he is saying and I could! I was translating for someone cool huh! Keep in mind it was really simple things but it was still pretty cool. Also on the train we meet this guy that told us he passed the sacrament in his church when he was younger and he was so excited to tell us haha. It was cute I gave him a card and he seemed really excited. I hope he calls! After our adventure of getting lost we were suppose to switch back but it turned out the train Sister Miller was on went directly to Mainheim so in other words we were not switching back till tomorrow. So we went to the church and went to German class which is taught by Brüder Hufler and that was fun. Then we had sport night where we played you guessed it SOCCER and I was so afraid that I was going to be really bad but I was not totally useless haha it was really fun!
Thursday day 2 of the split so we decided to go by on this investigator named Hilda and we got to her house and she also was not home so then we were waiting for our bahn (train) to go to the next place and I saw this lady with cute red glasses so I told her that I liked her glasses and she said thank you...are you American? and I was like....yes haha and then she asked us if we believed in re birth but I thought she said further commandments so I said yes....good thing Sister Nufer was there and said no we don´t haha. So we talked for a while and then she pointed to her son or grandson not really sure and said he is catholic and doesn´t believe in God we were like ok throw him under the bus haha So then we talked about the Book of Mormon and gave them one and the boy took it and started reading it and then we asked if they would like to meet with us and learn more and she said yes because she wants to open him up to other religions. So then I asked for her name and number and she was like ya sure and then she wrote down her address too with out us even asking! I then asked if we could set up an appointment to meet and she said ok so this next Friday we will meet with her :) After that we went to the family Cziesla and man there house is hard to find! It was really funny because this guy saw us wandering around from his balcony and asked us if we were lost and I said YES haha then he helped us find their house he was really nice. It turned out to be Sister Cziesla´s birthday and that family is really cool! So nice! When we left the house the man asked if we found it and we said yes thank you! After that we switched back! YAY glad to have Sister Miller back.
Friday woot my 6 MONTH MARK it wasn´t that exciting haha. We had to wake up at 5 because Sister Miller had to finish planning Zone Training but it wasn´t too bad. I got to catch up on my Book of Mormon reading auf Deutsch. Zone Training was pretty good it was nice to see all the people in my zone and fun to see people from the MTC. On our way home guess who we saw....SPACE MAN! So we started talking with him and first we found out his really name which is Sebastian...space man is cooler ...then I tried to give him a Book of Mormon but he wouldn´t take it but at least I tried. Then he asked us if we wanted to go to a party and we told him we couldn´t. He asked us why we have such a passion for our religion and we told him and then we ended up talking to him for about and hour about the church it was really cool. Heavenly Father answered my pray that we could see him again. He isn´t sure he wants to learn more but he is kind of iffy but he does say he will come to sport night! So I am excited for that at least he will be in the church building :)
Saturday we did a lot of service first we went to Gross-Gerau to help someone move but it turned out to be the wrong place ha ha. Gross-Gerau is where I got lost earlier in the week ha ha. I tell you there is something about that place but it was ok because we had fun getting to know the Elders better. So once we got to the actually place we got to do a ton of work and it felt good to help. After that we went and sang at an old people home and I LOVED THAT! Those people are so wonderful :) I want to do that more! After that we made cookies and gave them to people.
Sunday was really good for the sacrament meeting it was all the missionaries giving testimony and then our Ward Mission Leader giving a talk. Right now we have 7 missionaries in our ward because one missionary is German and is waiting for his visa to go to augten Utah (Do you think she means Ogden?)  for his mission. It was really good I hope that the missionary work with the members starts to pick up :) I love this ward! After that we did weekly planning and Study. This week was a lot of meetings and strange stuff but it also was really good I can´t believe I am a third of my mission done it is crazy to see how fast time moves. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and that I am here for a specific reason and I am so blessed to be serving a mission in this place at this time. I am loving every minute of it Love you all

I know 6 months it is crazy! a third of my mission done! the transition to the new area has actually been really easy it is weird. Sister Miller was like no way when I told her Spencer is my cousin. haha  You already found her on facebook! That was fast! And our building is still being built so not all the rooms are done so we have 4 neighbors or are you talking about in our apartment ...? if so it is just me and Sister Miller. And yes it is really nice! Rachel wrote me today and updated me so that was nice. Good shopping!!! ( I told her I found Dallin a pair of $6 slacks) I am so glad Dallin got that job! And I am so glad that the YSA are being good to him! That is a great group for him! I am also super excited about his mission Stuff!!!! Your week wasn´t that boring! Anyways on to the CRAZY week!
Tuesday, was crazy we had district meeting where I talked about teaching simply which went well but super scary then we went back to the girl that sold Darmstadt shirts and invited her to activities I hope she comes. Then we went and met with Vanessa and she is AWESOMe she is a single mother from Brazil! She was super sweet I am glad we get to work with her we need to get her coming back to church.
Wednesday we left the apartment early and we went to heart attack this family's door and we get there and we were soo sneaky they even had their windows open it was pretty scary but we finished and were just about to leave when Sister Miller sees the mom coming out and yells at me   RUN! So we run into the car with the Clements and drive off it was pretty fun but later we found out that they had heard us the whole time and that they were making food for us! Then we felt bad but they really liked the hearts so that was good. Then we met with this lady Nadine but before we did that we actually got to our appointment a little early and we saw this lady pushing a stroller in the cold rain ( btw it has been cold and rainy this whole week but I don´t really mind) So we walked and talked with her a little it was really fun she was a very nice lady. Then we had our lesson with Nadine. She is a new convert, and we were going to read the book of Mormon with her and I was all pumped to read in German and then we ended up reading it in English to help her learn English! Oh well she is very nice and she has a cute little boy named Taylor. Then we met with this lady named Nataile and man is she AWESOME she learns from the Spirit so fast it is crazy. We taught her the first part of the plan of Salvation and it just all made sense to her and you could tell she really was thinking about it and understanding it. It was so cool I can´t wait to meet with her again. We asked her to think about getting baptized on October 12. We will see she isn´t to sure about that being enough time. Then we went to the Lugos again and that lesson was crazy! I could not concentrate! So much things going on German Spanish kids yelling it was crazy! But it ended up being alright in the end.

Thursday was a day of miracles! We ended up getting 4 peoples contact info and handing out 3 Books Of Mormons! It started off with us in the morning just walking and Sister Miller stopped this guy and Said " We are missionaries for the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints and we talk to people about God do you believe in God?" he said I have no time right now but if you wait I will be back in 15 mins. We were kinda like ok we will wait but kinda like he probably won't come back but he DID! And we ended up talking to him for about an hour we taught him the Restoration and gave him a Book of Mormon he said he doesn´t have time for a month but after that he would like to meet with us. We got his email and hope to meet with him in the future. So we left him and we crossed the street and looked over and there he was, he had sat down and was reading the Book of Mormon! I wanted to take a picture but that would be creepy so I didn´t! But it was AWesome. Then I went and got Amelded and on the way back I saw this guy looking at us so we went up and talked to him. It turns out he is from Israel and he has heard about our church and wanted to learn more but was going to Israel for 2 weeks but we got his number and gave him a Book of Mormon as well. He also said that if we ever go to Israel we could stay in his house he said it is HUGE. Sweet hook up right! Then we went to the Mensa which is this place where students go to eat and we aren´t allowed to proselyte in there but if they ask questions we can answer so we sat next to this guy that just so happen to be from Kenya and knows one of Sister Millers Friends! Crazy right? He was pretty cool and said he might come to FHE so that would be awesome and then we met his friend who was cool too and respects us for what we are doing but say he has no time to meet with us but maybe in a month or so I count that as successful! Then we were on our way to do this good by and on this way we met this girl named Sam and she is awesome and really sweet she really liked us because we are American and we are religious she said she wants to be religious as well but doesn´t think she can do it. We of course said we could help and gave her our number and she gave us her email but is sadly going away to Dublin for a school trip. Then we saw this guy and talked to him for a while it turned out he was an exchange student in Washington and he was cool and we gave him a Book of Mormon too :) Then we saw the guy that we taught the restoration to on a bus last week and we found out he is working at this place where they build things for Space!!! COOL he is really nice I was lame and didn´t give him a Book of Mormon! Next time I see him I will. Miracles!!!

Friday, we spent most of the day doing weekly planning it was crazy! We were soo dead being in all day sucks! But then I went on a split. Sister Bate came to Darmstadt with me. That night we had an appointment but it fell through so we went to Herren Garten with the determination to hand out a Book of Mormon. As we were walking these 3 kinda drunk guys stopped us and we talked to them for a while. They were ´Muslim and were pretty open to hear what we had to say so we ended up giving them the Book of Mormon and some how we got to talking about marriage and they ask us if we would marry them and Sister Bate right away said no I want to marry a Mormon and then they said....uhhmmm what if I read this book be converted then will you marry me and Sister Bate said no you are too old!!! HAHA they were like 40 or older but still harsh Sister Bate harsh but funny haha

Saturday we had the longest coordination meeting EVER!!!! Soo boring poor Elder Swallos he is a golden he fell asleep haha wish I could have too! After the meeting we stopped by on this less active Sister Best and right when you stepped into the apartment you got surrounded by smoke! So that wasn´t a good sign then she starting talking and talking and talking I could tell she complaining but that was about it other than that I had really no idea what she was saying. So I look to Sister Bate to see if she knew and she was out in lala land so I was on my own haha. It worked out though she ended up thanking us a lot for coming to see her and she bore her Testimony about Christ and asked us to come over for dinner some time so it was all good...I hope haha. After that we had to switch back and that was a long train ride. I was happy to have Sister Miller back then that night we planned for our lesson we were teaching in young womens.
Sunday we went to church and taught our lesson it went really well I think. The young women really liked it. I felt the Spirit. Thank goodness Sister Miller's German is better than mine haha. Then after church we had a lesson with the Lugo this time was a lot better we made it interactive and we asked them to come to church next week to see me talk that is right they asked me to introduce myself and bear a short testimony!!! SCARY! But it will be ok they said they might come. Then we went to the Maichles for dinner. He is our Ward mission leader they were awesome their kids are so cute at then end of the night the littlest girl said to me I wish you could be my older sister awwww so cute! Well that was my week lots of stuff happened! Hope your week is good too.
Love YOU
Sister Wrathall
