So every day this week has been kinda crazy but we made it fun because it was a lot of lasts and a lot of firsts. So Tuesday Sister Stoker and I wore matching outfits and I also got a Mandelnhornchen which I believe is my favorite German treats :) So yummy! Then most of the day I packed! Packing takes forever and is stressful haha but it needed to be done. Later in the day we went over to Shama and Andrews to say good bye for the last time. It was really weird. Shama came with us to enrichment night and it was super fun it was speed friendshipping and a waffle bar, yummy. It was really fun to get to know the Sisters in my ward better too bad I was soon going to leave them :( It was sad at the end of the activity saying good bye to everyone especially Shama she kept telling me not to go :( i will miss them!

Wednesday was a special day all the new missionaries were flying in! And we got to help make their 1st day wonderful! So we had to set up teaching appointments so they could teach a lesson their first day in Germany! That also meant that Sister Stoker and I were going to split up and take the new missionaries out to teach some of these people. I ended up with 2 new Sisters and they were really sweet. We went to the appointment and the lady we had set the appointment up with was not there :( So after trying one more person close by we went to go see Joy a less active lady that is always working so I knew she would be at work where we could visit her. We get to the place and she is there THANK GOODNESS! We (well I made the Goldens do it mostly) taught her a lesson and they did an awesome job! Good job Goldens. It is so fun to be around these fresh missionaries! When Sister Stoker and I met up again she told me she got lost and couldn´t find the place for her appointment so we had to go to the Jensen's and apologize that we hadn´t come bye earlier she was so kind and was really glad we had come to visit her anyways. After her we went back home and packed some more and then we had dinner at Johnson's with his friend Dominica. She right off asked us not to "missionize" her which was sad but she was really nice and played the guitar for us and sang in Polish which was cool to hear. After that Sister Stoker and I had our last night together we made smores and moved my mattress on the balcony and slept outside under the stars it was wonderful.

Thursday the big day! We woke up and i got ready then packed the last few things then we rushed to Römer and Dom platz which is the like most famous part of Frankfurt and I took a couple of pictures then we ran home grabbed my luggage and went to Hauptbahnhof for transfers :( I got there and I saw all the Sisters that were in my mtc district and took a picture with them and then I saw Sister Miller and right away we hugged and she told me how excited she is to serve with me. She had previously studied film and pictures so on the mission they assigned her to be sort of like a photographer for big events such as this transfer because it was huge! So she told me we were going to be hanging out for a while. So I got to talk to a lot of people. Sister Stoker came up to me with Sister Smith and hugged me and said good bye. That was sad :( I will miss her! After awhile Sister Miller told me our ward mission leader was coming and we were going to eat lunch with him. He can and spoke English to us and ended up buying all of us lunch and ice cream it was like 50 € ( there is 6 missionaries in the Darmstadt ward) He was super nice I can´t wait to work with him more!

After eating lunch with him we just hopped on a s bahn (train) and went to the end stop which is Darmstadt it was only like a 20 30 min ride so I am not to far away from Frankfurt. Then we went and brought my luggage to the apartment and I have actually been to this apartment before with the tech elders to deliver a mirrio (?) so I already knew what it looked like. It is funny because it is still under construction a little like we have a balcony...but it is not done the fun part is there are these Hungarian workers who are living in pods right next to our apartment right now and they don´t really speak English or German but whenever they see us they say hallo and guten morgen and stuff it is cute they are all really nice. That day we just went through the people and got to know each other a little better. Sister Miller has been doing a great job with this area all the people sound amazing I am excited to get to know them. Sister Miller herself is awesome! She is from American Fork Utah and has 2 little brothers (one is coming to serve his mission in the Alpine Germany mission crazy right?) and a little sister. oh Darmstadt is where Uchtdorf is from and it is I think the biggest ward in our mission 200 active members!
Friday was awesome so there is this space tag (day) thingy going on at the church. Basically it was a Star Wars convention and so there is like 300
YSA from all over Europe in our church building and so one of them organized this event of a Book of Mormon Flash mob. Basically we all walked to this busy place and sat down and read from the Book of Mormon for 10 mins...it was awesome! Lots of the YSA gave out theirs! I am loving Darmstadt! After that we went and got pizza with the Elders in our ward we got Sweet and sour pizza ( it had bananas on it) and Zommbie pizza it was pretty good then we did some weekly planning.
Saturday we did a lot of meetings which is boring to talk about so I am not going to haha but we did meet with the Lugo family which was fun because they have 2 daughters and they are sooooooooo cute! The mom is a less active and the father is not a member they were super sweet and really patient with my German I appreciated that.
Sunday was crazy because we had all these YSA at our ward and it made it a little different but we did have one of our investigators come, Boly which is this man we are working with that has a baptismal date for the 29 actually we have Boly and the other elders have a person getting baptized on the 29 and the other Elders have a person being baptized on the 29th as well 3 baptisms on 1 day! It is going to be a special day. Anyways Boly is super cool he is about 40 and comes from the Ivory Coast he is also very patient with my German which I appreciate as well. We gave him a tour of the church after and he loved it!! He is so cool. Sister Miller and I later made cookies and gave them to our neighbor and also the Hungarian people they both were super nice. Sister miller and I are working really well together I already love her! We are trying really hard to listen to the spirit and follow it which means we have been doing lots of praying and have been talking to lots of people we both really feel like this area has so much potential and we believe we can get so much work done this transfer I am so glad to be in Darmstadt with Sister Miller at this time I know I am where I need to be.
Love you all
