January 13th

Tuesday started with meeting with the Chinese girl we met last week ,xicwjun. The lesson went really well and it was cool because we had Angelika as a joint teach there and she was awesome she showed so much love to her it was great. After that we met with Sister Roch and we watched Finding Faith in Christ which was good because she is now done with all the lessons and we are just building her testimony till she gets baptized. We said a quick good bye to Elizabeth because this was Sister Miller’s last day. Then we had dinner at Sister Wieker’s and that was cool. This lady always has missionary work on her mind. It is crazy!

Making s'mores as a good-bye treat.

Wednesday we said good bye to Mado and then it was onto the trains. First we went to Dortmund so Sister Miller could drop her luggage off there because she had to ride with me to Düsseldorf with 2 elders that were also training because I can´t be alone. Once we got to Düsseldorf Sister Miller got off and Sister Baylee Miller got on, yes another Sister Miller. She got on because she was being transferred to the Frankfurt international ward so it was fun to talk with her about that. Then when we got to Köln and had to switch trains and guess what? We got on the wrong train but the good thing was it was going to the same place it only took an hour longer...yaya!!!... :/ So we got to Frankfurt late and then we found out that Sister B Miller was going to be going to be with me the whole day. Good thing she was cool. So we went to president’s house and there I met Sister Zenger my Golden! She was super tired but seemed cool. So then they let them go to bed and we had a trainer meeting which was really good then we found out that they booked the day for us to sleep at the hotel on the wrong day and because of that Sister B Miller and Sister Zenger and I got to sleep in the Temple President´s home. It was really cool.

In Koln
Having some fun at the Temple President's home.

Thursday we all ate breakfast together and then we went to the paring meeting where I found out I was going to be with Sister Zenger....WOW Surprising right?!! Then we went to transfers. I got to see some wonderful people including Sister Stoker!! And then we took a 4 hour train ride home!!! Once we got home we ate and planned and went to bed!

Friday our first real day together. We started off by having District meeting which was good not much had changed because Sister Zenger and an Elder were the only new ones. Afterwards we all got lunch together and then we went to Sister Zenger´s first appointment, Sister Dietz. It was awesome she ended up making us lunch and being super super nice. It was a good first appointment. Then we went to meet with Kristin but she forgot about us so we set up another appointment. Let me just say Sister Zenger is AMAZING she is talking to people on bahns, making phone calls, and talking in appointment. She is the best Golden ever! Oh let me tell you a little about her, she is 20, she was studying music and something medical, she is from Idaho and has 6 siblings: an older sister who is serving a mission in CA,a twin who is serving a mission in Argentina and then a younger sister and 3 little brothers! Pretty cool huh? Oh she also didn´t have a companion in the MTC so I really am her first comp. and she took no German before the MTC which makes her even more amazing!

Saturday I went through the members and some of the investigators with her and we did weekly planning, used our computer time and coordinated with the elders!! WOO so exciting huh haha

Sunday Sister Zenger´s first was awesome. We had two girls that came to visit our church because they had to write a paper about it or something. They were super nice and it was cool to explain a couple of things to them. Sister Zenger was talking with all the members even though she didn´t really know what they were saying back and she gave a wonderful testimony in sacrament meeting. I couldn´t be more proud of her :) She is simply awesome. Then we had dinner at the Bishop´s house and we brought Elizabeth and Bishop invited one of his neighbors it was awesome. Once again Sister Zenger was a star and was talking with this guy like the whole night even though she didn´t understand much. She has the spirit strong this one! The bishop loves her courage and desire to serve the Lord and so do I!

That was my week everything is wonderful!

Liebe Gruße
