It's February!

Nice pictures! That is ok that you are cheating that would be a lot of writing the same thing if you wrote us separately. I cannot believe that it is February. That is crazy!!! Time goes so fast! I can´t believe it. Everywhere except here is getting snow! It is no fair! haha. That is crazy with the traffic and of course Gwinnett County would be the first one to open school up again haha. Costco sounds good that gymnastics meet does sound pretty sad the poor Kentucky team. That sounds like a good goal to finish the Book of Mormon by that date kind of weird date but it goes and you will be a scriptorian after you finish those 2 books. I am reading in the new testament now so I will fill in the blanks for you haha. Sounds like you had some fun even with the snow locking you in. A Netflix marathon is fun haha. I ate a Panini and a yummy thing for my 10 month mark and the juice was yummy it tasted like jolly ranchers a little. Xicwjun was hard but I did all that I could and I just have to know that was enough. Oh can you send a picture of Dallin and his plaque. A member here wants to know what they look like. She wants to make one for her Brother that is on a mission. Ok onto the week

Monday night we went by a referral we got from a member. It took forever to get there and when we got there the name wasn´t on the house so we were just praying it was the right people. This man answers the door and we ask if the lady lives there. He says it is his wife and then says she probably won’t have interest but we can try. He is atheist and his mom had just died and it was kind of funny because when we left we said that we were sorry about his mom and he said ya "God bless her, when there is a God" and Sister Zenger turns back and says" I know there is a God!" HAHA it was funny.

Tuesday we met with Angelika and we talked about humility and she is always so fun to teach. To hear her experiences and insights is always cool. I am glad I have gotten to build this relationship with her. After that we looked through our area book to see if there was some names that might have interest again. We found a couple that we are going to try in the coming weeks. One we called and we set up an appointment for next Thursday so we will see how that goes. After that we had a meeting with our Ward Mission Leader and the Bishop. That was really good. We were able to work really well together. I am thankful for them and their work they do.

Wednesday we met with Bonnie in the morning and we were able to help her with her missionary work and she helped us with our German. It is nice to know her. She is really kind and thoughtful. We later met with Sister Dietz which was a funny story. So we got to her house and she wasn´t home but her husband was and he told us that she couldn´t have set up an appointment at that time because she is never home from work till an hour later. So then we decided we should call her but I found out we left the phone at home. So then we go all the way back home and look for the phone and it is nowhere! Then all of a sudden I remember it was in my skirt pocket!!! BAHH! So then we call Sister Dietz and it turns out to be the home phone and her husband picks up and says she is home now and that our appointment is in 30 minutes haha. So we rush over there and make it just in time. It was worth it. She is awesome. We had a yummy lunch and were able to give a good spiritual thought. After Sister Dietz we went to the church to meet with our Golden girl Kristin. Sister Weidaur was a joint teach with us and we asked Kristin if she would be baptized on the 15 of February and she sad YES! So that was awesome until we talked with Bishop. He didn’t seem too happy about the date. He didn´t know that Kristin wanted to be baptized so soon so the problem with her living in Gelsen Kirchen might delay her baptism. We will just have to see. But it sucks not knowing at this point. After that we had ward night and it was really fun except the Elders brought this literally crazy guy with them and he kind of ruined the game haha oh it was ...fun.

Thursday I was on a split in Herne with Sister Bauer. We met with one of their members that is awesome. She has given everyone in her apartment a Book of Mormon haha and she loved having us over. After that we did some street contacting with no luck. Then we met with Sister Ressmann, which is this less active (I met with her last time I was there too) She is doing a lot better. She actually went to church last Sunday which was cool. She still needs more self-confidence and to have more faith and trust in Christ. After her we met with the Fekerts, which really we were just support because members we teaching her the new member lessons so that was good.

Friday we had to leave our house earlier than usual because we had an appointment with Jemima.
So we got to her house and she wasn´t home and so we started walking back to the bahnhof because the bus didn´t come forever. On our way back first our ward mission leader saw us and pulled over and asked how our day was going and we told him the situation and then he said he hoped our day got better and then drove away and we kept walking. Then another car pools over and it was our investigator!!! Turns out she got out of work late and was rushing home so that she could meet with us! So we hopped in her car and were able to meet with her! So that was cool. After her we met with Sister Roch and she is still solid. Then we had English class with a member in our ward that wants to go on a mission and wants to learn English so she will serve in America...the dreams of the Germans haha.

Saturday we met with Sister Kretzschmann which was good. She is feeling a little lonely so it was good to help her out a little. She is very kind. After that we did weekly planning! WOOT fun day....

Sunday we went to church, very surprising I know haha. After that we went by on a lot of people to invite them to our fireside this coming Friday so we will see what happens. It is predicted to have 200 people there! I am excited!

Well that was my week hope everyone else had a good one too!

Love

She said these were pancakes like things with jelly in the middle and Nutella sauce on top.
